    Pros

Locally, the senior manager, work/life balance, dogs in the office

    Cons

Lack of network communication, lack of consistency and commitment when it came to corporate vision, disjointed strategy

    Advice to Management

Many organizations struggle with a challenged network. In order for a corporate DNA to take roots, the network has to work. Fix the network, and success will follow.

    Pros

Flexible hours, very structured company, free soda and coffee, nice location (Atlantic Station), nice office space, small agency feel, very collaborative, free breakfast on Thursdays, diverse, international company, allow dogs, casual dress.

    Cons

Little to no training or orientation, no company culture whatsoever, everyone is a workaholic, "ok"clients, no creativity, not a "fun" agency, work hard/work harder culture, people are snotty, there's been 4-5 people who have quit in the last 3 months to new jobs. Just got acquired by Publicis so it'll be interesting to see how that merger works out.

    Pros

Good local leadership teams in some offices. Some very smart people in select positions. Good work/life balance.

    Cons

No real strategy for the company as a whole. Uninspiring corporate leadership. Flexible work schedules are an ongoing issue. Too much top-down management; corporate doesn't seem to see the value in basic strategic principles of leadership and innovation.

    Advice to Management

Changing the way you work, think and lead is critical if you want to succeed in the US market; otherwise the company will be continually beaten by the competition.
