Pros
strong focus innovation, consumer needs
be part of a global network, opportunity to travel
great clients to work with
monthly webinar series that connects the entire network
lots of perks including toast and nutella for breakfast
Cons
Opportunities for advancement seem limited although a new mentorship program has just been announced to address these concerns, i am optimistic
Advice to Senior Management
need to focus more on sharing expertise throughout the network
Pros
Nobody notices if you are not working, Come and go as you please, some big name clients.
Cons
Not great pay, very disorganized, zero leadership, total chaos, good work is not respected.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on what you are good at, and quit trying to be all things to everyone. Focus on keeping the talent you have instead of always looking for new talent.
Pros
My team was for the most part very pleasant to work with. Good learning opportunities in development and databases. Good social activities
Cons
No chance of advancement (management was even upfront about it). Very poor senior management decisions led to the dismantlement of the team's core.
Advice to Senior Management
At least pretend we're not in a dead end job! Try to do something about your very high employee turnaround.
