    Pros

None really..close to home and the work was ok if everyone showed up

    Cons

No raise when hired in from a temp agency, if a worker or workers call off you must perform the work of the one or two called off with no extra help...Its really not an open door policy if you have a complaint. Raises are 5-20.cent per year.

    Advice to Management

To listen to the little people because their opinions matter as well. Also to watch your security Cameras when someone files a complaint...They're there for a reason!

    Pros

Easy work on the inspector packing, all you have to do is pick up little pieces of plastic and look for defects and stack them in 35.

    Cons

Not enough pay to compensate for the Pain pills that you will need after work and before work for standing on your feet all day in one spot waiting and wishing that your break would never end. I don't recommend this Job to anyone that is over weight or under weight just not enough pay for the pain.

    Advice to Management

make it a little more comfortable for your employees through Adecco maybe they won't leave so fast.

  6. A company that lost its compas and cannot find it, so it goes like the robot vacuum from wall to wall.

    Pros

    - Very good place to get a high paid engineer job even if you don't have a degree. The only requirement is to have a friend that is manager or more. ( You don't have to be worried about HR, they have no input on evaluating your qualifications) - Very good place to get an engineer job even if you have never worked in a field related to the job you applied for, all it takes is to have a friend, or a friend of a friend that is manager or higher. (Again, don't worry about HR, they are busy with reporting how busy they are with counting resumes received on line and make very nice presentations to higher levels with this activity) - Very good place to work years at projects that were initially scheduled to take month. - Very good place to develop your creativity since you have no basic tools or equipment to perform an engineering job. - Very good place to enjoy life in a manager or director position, the only quality you need to have is to be rude, arogant and play God, (by God I mean tell people to meet the deadline or they are history, ha, ha, the effect is incredible, people are working 12 hours trying to complete your wishes w/o any guidance from you, and if the project moves a little bit, then you get a fat bonus and huge appreciation from your bosses, and even a promotion next year to higher level.)

    Cons

    - You cannot work more then 12-14 hours a day, no matter how hard you try to do that.

    Advice to Management

    - Don't change anything, life is so sweet in Nypro (St - Pete) all we need is to make it to retirement - Don't listen to people that point to other companies' businees model around, GE, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, they simply envy Jabil's way.

    Pros

not that much anymore..payroll was on time

    Cons

Middle managment has serious issues reguarding contemp for the employees under them and uderstanding the importance or being truthfull to their managers, lower level employees are often used to blame for middle managers faulty decisions. The managment here is corrupt.

    Advice to Management

    none
