    Pros

not that much anymore..payroll was on time

    Cons

Middle managment has serious issues reguarding contemp for the employees under them and uderstanding the importance or being truthfull to their managers, lower level employees are often used to blame for middle managers faulty decisions. The managment here is corrupt.

    Pros

Great people at the working level. Experts in the field of injection molding.

    Cons

The company changes a lot as a result of the merger with Jabil. Senior management more interested in maximizing their bonus rather than making the company great. Less incentive compensation since the Jabil merger. Upper management very selfish and tend to micro manage rather than lead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on your customers and your people rather that your bonus.

I have been working at Nypro full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Nypro is like being with family. Sometimes they drive you crazy, but you love them and the environment anyway. Nypro has a lot of pros, in that it is a great place to work, depending on your group.

    Cons

Most recently a lot of people are leaving, and it is losing it's family-type feel. Which is unfortunate, since that is one of the greatest things about working there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Add additional resources.

I worked at Nypro full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, opportunity to start or complete studies. Lot of long time employees.

    Cons

For production's employee the shift is never consistant, you could be working 8 or 12 hrs. any shift mandate by the Management. Team work is really something from the past.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote within the Company. Use performance and not siniority to cut persons in positions.
