Pros – Great people to work along side from HQ, Camber, & TACOM
Interesting manual content for revision
Very relaxed working environment
Small office in quiet residential neighborhood (building was a former elementary school)
Cons – Learning the provisioning side was like learning a difficult foreign language
Health insurance offerings are / were below average
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the work coming in!

Pros – Most of the best reasons are gone.
Cons – - Very poor benefits. Your better off sticking with the COBRA plan of your previous employer
- Unrealistic deadlines
- Very low pay
- Random layoffs or "Reduction in Force"
Advice to Senior Management – Before selling products that don't yet exist consult your engineers as to the likelihood you can even build the product in the time you quote your customers.

I have been working at O'Neil & Associates full-time for more than 5 years
Pros – Easy people to get along with, they are supportive and focused on the tasks at hand. OK benefits with HSA, profit share, and service awards. Free coffee! Individuals are hired based on having good qualifications.Employees are given the freedom to supervise themselves which make for a good mature workplace. This a good company with with interesting work. Management is very fair.
Cons – Little or no positions to move around in within company. Raises are subject to health of business. Teamwork can be isolated.

Pros – Project driven. Good for honing programming or organizational skills. Decent benefits.
Cons – Not good for long term employment. Upper management is dysfunctional. Lots of politics.
