    Positive Outlook

I have been working at O’Rourke Engineering full-time

    Pros

Owners are still very hands on.

    Cons

Management generally not interested in others. Senior managers always looking for the next big star of the company. A good company to start with and then the bully's get you in the play ground.

    Advice to Management

Try to care more about others careers.

    Recommends

    Pros

As a project engineer, you are involved with projects from start to finish, giving you a good overall picture.

    Cons

As with any company, you are limited to leadership's expertise. Perfect however for those who want to work in oil and gas only.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work
