    Pros

Most of the staff are very nice and get along well. There are some more "experienced" folks who have been with the company for many, many years.

    Cons

There is absolutely no balance between work and personal life. You will work long hours and weekends, regardless in what department you work for. And you can forget about asking for time off.
Management is a joke - Since this is a family business, office politics are not even close to what goes on here. If someone is in a high ranking position and they dont like you, they will make your life/employment miserable. And there is nothing you can do about it. It is the high school mentality (rumors and everything talked about you), the worst I have ever seen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of managment of that have NO experience or are lack any people skills! They don't know how to manage their staff and are bringing your company down! Yes, everyone notices it.
