Pros – The opportunity for growth at OBRA is promising, as they have a lot of projects in China, and has an office an Bejing. The office has a collaborative environment, where you can take charge, pitch in on ideas/proposals and meetings.
Cons – You start out as an unpaid intern during the 3 month probation period, which is definitely hard to live without a paycheck in New York City. After the probation period, you become an employee, but still without health benefits.
Advice to Senior Management – The 3 month probation period could be shortened. Either than that, the office a great place and has a collaborative environment.
