Sometimes, the work environment is over stressed. You need to really find a good way to balance work and life.

Learned a lot and some people are genuinely helpful and a good resource

Cons

Long hours, management does not believe in employees having a personal life. Pay rate is very low unless you're in sales, all other departments are paid poorly. Certain employees take multiple long smoke breaks and get away with it, but when you want to just take a short regular break at your desk, you get yelled at for not being productive.

Treat employees better and realize they need to have outside lives

Pros

Great work environment, friendly co-workers, access to the most advanced technologies in the field. Had to stay very competitive to keep up with the workload. Marketing strategy is leading the company into the right direction as well.

Cons

Prices change rapidly on most of the products. A $100 product could be half-priced overnight. RMAs are a pain in the butt.
