    Plenty to do but just not much room for advancement due to typical bureaucracy.

    Pros

    If you are actually interested in the industry and like to ask questions, you will actually learn something that you can take somewhere else

    Cons

    Not much training at all. Questions are initially frowned upon and if you get hired as an entry writer or something similar you will just be expected to get as many done as possible instead of actually learning proper Customs regulations to apply.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management was solely concerned about numbers only because they were pressured from above. I actually have no advice to mgmt because they are all super knowledgeable but they are just following orders from above.

    Pros

    The only pro i can say is that its easy but boring.

    Cons

    Bad Management, too much wasted time on waiting for a truck to show up, they seem on only higher lazy people.

    Pros

    It's a job and they allow you to move up in the warehouse part of the company.

    Cons

    Not climate controlled at all so when it hot outside it is even hotter inside. They really don't pay what they should for the production they have you doing.

    Just be honest , they always lie about production and goals so my thing would be just tell it like it is

    Pros

    Able to work alot of overtime, Samsung is a wonderful company to have as an customer. Able to wear jeans is a plus. Friendly co-workers.

    Cons

    Mangers and supervisors don't give the best constructive criticism, Are horrible leaders and trying in nonexistent .

    Train employee's properly, when an employee is out because of medical issue give them time to recover and work them.

    Pros

    Management is ok, the warehouse I was in was safe and the training was good. The warehouse as a whole was well supervised.

    Cons

    They have low pay and long hours. If your a temp, it takes a while to hire you as perm.

    Do not take as long to hire a temp as an perm employee.

    Pros

    growing company usually taking on larger and more prosperous accounts.

    Cons

    tends to hire from outside rather than promote from within, not a military friendly employer. pays less than comparable employers, often used as a local stepping stone for new supervisors and managers. 2 people at our location have retired in last 5 years. most people quit or are terminated.

    respect your employees, listen to them. mentor younger leaders and coach respect and increase training for younger leaders so there is an emphasis on taking care of emplyees. quit focusing on financials
