Pros

Great pay, better than almost all major accounting firms, health insurance benefits are top notch. Also 4 week + vacation time a year and you can accrue it. If you do good work you can become a manager very easily, very little competition.

Cons

Once you put in 3 or more years, you get trapped and can rarely make a transition to the private sector when you can follow your dream to be a partner, which almost never happens.
