Great culture, great values, great competition

Account Manager (Current Employee) Nashville, TN

ProsFun energetic team, lots of competition, pushed out of comfort zones daily, lots of support from senior staff members, new challenges daily

ConsLonger then standard 9-5 hours, small business atmosphere is an adjustment from working for a large company, rejection with marketing calls (comes with the territory though)

Advice to Senior ManagementI love the conferences and travelling to other offices so preferably more opportunity for something like that

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pyramid scheme

Door to Door Salesman (Former Employee) Nashville, TN

ProsYou get some exercise walking around all day.

ConsHighly deceptive door to door sales job, comission only. They tend to fill your head with half truths, and I think most of the reviews on here were written by the owner since they all use the same wording.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe manager needs to stop decieving prospective employees and give them the low down on what they will be doing from day one, and how many dont make it the first month.
