    Pros

OLN offers hands on training, with great opportunities for advancement. Great office dynamic with lots of team events.

    Cons

The biggest challenge is stepping out of your comfort zone in areas of training, coaching, developing and simply talking to people.

    Pros

Fun energetic team, lots of competition, pushed out of comfort zones daily, lots of support from senior staff members, new challenges daily

    Cons

Longer then standard 9-5 hours, small business atmosphere is an adjustment from working for a large company, rejection with marketing calls (comes with the territory though)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I love the conferences and travelling to other offices so preferably more opportunity for something like that

    Pros

You get some exercise walking around all day.

    Cons

Highly deceptive door to door sales job, comission only. They tend to fill your head with half truths, and I think most of the reviews on here were written by the owner since they all use the same wording.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The manager needs to stop decieving prospective employees and give them the low down on what they will be doing from day one, and how many dont make it the first month.
