    Pros

    ON24's solutions are second to none! Innovative, easy to use and prospects/clients are always impressed. Variety of opportunities within all market segments and departments. I have worked here for 3 years and wouldn't consider another position elsewhere for anything. ON24 provides compelling sales strategies and product experts consistently refine the product positioning. Lead Generation and Marketing increases in-bound leads significantly. Strong incentives and support from all levels of the organization, including a mentor program. Work/life balance is amazing - self motivated sales people with a desire to succeed do incredibly well here. Pay is great, quarterly attainable incentives (trips to Africa, gold bars, $$$), co-workers are fantastic and leadership encourages organic growth. Overall a fantastic opportunity for motivated SaaS reps to sell solutions that are always ahead of the competition.

    Cons

    I work remotely and would like the opportunity to get together with my team more often - otherwise, I don't have 'cons' related to working here

    - Flexible schedule and left alone for the most part.
    - Some of the nicest people I have worked with.

    Cons

    - Pretty much zero mentoring; managers throw you into the water and expect you to swim back alone.
    - Penny pinching gets in the way of doing your job.

    Pros

    I worked with a really solid team. It was really organized and the people I worked with were great. There was lots of communication and we always helped each other when things got overwhelming. The company itself is constantly innovating. We had meetings from the CEO every couple of months or something to let us know what was going on. I can't cosign the negatives reviews. Also free drinks in the office and free food every now and then. Maybe it was the people they were working with and the position.

    Again I really didn't have any bad experiences working there personally.

    Pay well
    If you do well, they will treat you well

    Cons

    -Lack of training
    -Micromanagement and no real desire to see employees as humans - felt like an invisible number
    -Sales leaders don't seem committee to inspiring, they try to lead by example by working a million hours
    - I felt uncomfortable and unhappy working there

    Pros

    Great work-life balance, if allowed to work partially remote. Great central location, commute-wise. Technology is interesting and always evolving. Good co-workers, with a diverse mixture of backgrounds, ages, etc.

    Cons

    Lack of training. Company culture seems a little too conservative. While the company was good to me, too many incredibly talented good-natured people were allowed/forced to leave.

    Pros

    I thoroughly enjoyed my time at ON24. The compensation was fair, the flexibility was great in all facets (workload, PTO, tasks could be completed during odd hours if necessary), and most of all I liked the team. As an engineer I can't speak for other areas of the company, but morale was high and turnover was low during my tenure.

    Cons

    While I felt happy in my role, I wasn't quite as confident in my own personal growth -- whether that was in the areas of promotions or potential raises. Training maybe could've been a higher priority.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The product is great, and the engineering group is a strong team. Next focus on perks and/or advancement in the form of attainable raises and promotions. Beefing up the training procedures would be a solid move as well.

    Pros

    The people I worked with were absolutely fantastic. Very supportive, smart and hard-working. The pay here was very respectable, and the product they've created has tremendous potential. All in all, I gained great experience here that I took to my next position after I leaving the Bay Area.

    Cons

    The one thing holding ON24 back might be its hiring practices. I.E., they need to hire more people. We were consistently swamped, and there never seemed to be enough time to complete the work we were assigned.

    Focus as much on staffing as you have on innovation and product creation, and the sky is the limit.
