    Pros

    Nice place to learn new things. You get full chance to express your ideas to anyone in company. Higher management is very good and friendly. Good work culture. Flexible office time.

    Cons

    Its start up.so won't find all luxurious facilities but that is fine.

    Advice to Management

    Please Fast up the process towards making startup to a big Company.

    Perfect place to be, if looking for a hands on job. Lot of learning opportunity

    Pros

    Interesting and challenging work (but not in all projects) Office environment is very good Good colleagues and work culture Everybody is easily approachable. No procedures required to get things done

    Cons

    Need to put extra efforts throughout the year Constant deadlines, working through weekends Scope of Learning is high, but is restricted by lack of time Less salary compensation compared to industry

    Advice to Management

    Please give employees sufficient time to understand concepts and get things done, which will benefit both employee and the company. Also, remember that employees do have personal lives sometimes
