    Pros

    Above average pay , that's about it. All I can say. There I said it.

    Cons

    Owner and management are the down side to this company. When yelling and belittling is the way they get their point across, well, my advice is to find a more friendly environment to work in.

    I have been working at ONTRAC Garage Doors full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The benefits / great technicians and installers / owners very nice people

    Cons

    Poor training . Customer Service Department needs to get rid of a person there . A new persons does not stand a chance in that department !!

    Advice to Management

    Need to pay attention to why that dept does not run smooth . Need to get rid of one person there that is very nasty

    Pros

    I would say the hours and pay are good. Good benefit package, and 401k was excellant before the economic downturn.

    Cons

    Dealing with angry customers and construction supervisors can be difficult largely due to being understaffed and lack of help from management.

    Advice to Management

    There is an atmosphere of sarcasm and verbal "put-downs" downs that eminate from the management team that needs to be addressed by the owner.
