Former Employee – worked at OPG
Pros – Good people, idiot mgr. (in my case) but there are many good ones/
Cons – waste tax payers money by the bucket loads
projects never finish, and no one cares
Advice to Senior Management – start operating OPG like a for profit enterprise, get ride of the political BS that costs money just to support, how many layers do you need to make a sound decison? not the multiple ones you have, all this does is add cost as each layer tries to CYA.

Former Employee – worked at OPG
Pros – Definitely the only thing good about this company is the Pay and benefits. Its a great job if you love your life to be repetitive and utterly boring. Again the Pay is good.
Cons – No meaning to the job. waste of 35 hours of my life. Just dong it for the money. Lack of motivation
Advice to Senior Management – Start removing those fat cats on the top of the chain and start making your company young again by training new individuals who have the intelligence to run such a big company.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
