Pros – Competent management, good benefits for a small company, entrepreneurial spirit, the company is a good place to work if you would like the opportunity to grow with a company rather than stay on one functional track.

Cons – Location is not very central to the MSP area, working for a small company can be a bit stiffling, internal politics are sometimes prevelent.

Advice to Senior Management – You're on the right track, keep promoting and running with the employees you have who get things done, rather than some of the wasted middle management positions.

Pros – Knowlegable management. Good work environment. Friendly environment. People at ORBIT Systems are very friendly and willing to help out whenever possible. ORBIT as a company offers a great service to their customers. I felt honored to work for ORBIT Systems. They are overall a great company to work for. Great learning experience while working for them and the company as a whole. Management are extremely knowlegable and tend to have good guidance skills. Work with you to advance your knowledge and skill level. Overall, a good experience and would recommend it as a place to work.

Cons – Professional and salary related growth. Job title advancement.
