    Pros

    Opportunity to learn and grow for the first couple of years. ORIX have diff. business and products.

    Cons

    No room to advance further up. Senior Managements get all the Bonus and only pass down to employees small piece.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Fairly compensate employee. More focus on employee and family oriented instead the bottom line of dollars. Need to give some concern to all the employees.
