Pros
The hours are very flexible, which provide a great work/life balance. It offers great benefits such as tuition reimbursements, medical/dental insurance.
Cons
It lack mobility. I find it difficult to promote out of your department and venture into another area of business.
Advice to Senior Management
The company should provide a more frequent formal feedback to employees so they know what and how they can better contribute to the success of the company
Pros
A highly talented work force, dedicated to developing new cancer treatments. Teams were supportive and eager to share information with a strong spirit of camaraderie. Benefits were good if only at the level of industry standard.
Cons
Management decision making was often difficult to fathom, leading to changes in direction and focus, resulting in a morale decline that impacted the whole company, likely setting up the company for its ultimate acquisition by Astellas.
Pros
Professional environment, everyone is nice, generally treat employees with respect. I like my boss.
Cons
I don't understand the sick leave policy. But overall, not too much downside. So far, liking it there.
Advice to Senior Management
