I have been working at OSI Restaurant Partners
Pros – I had a fantastic boss, great discount, and it was flexible with school. There is also good profit sharing (in the form of a holiday bonus) if you worked enough hours (the standard isn't hard to meet) you got a bonus.
Cons – The shifts were unreliable. I never knew what time I was going to get off work. The tip sharing system was awful because on busy nights where you had to work the hardest, more people were on the clock so you made less than you did on slow nights. he company suffered from over-hiring and very few people had enough hours.
Advice to Senior Management – Be patient with your employees and fire those who are not food with customer service.

I have been working at OSI Restaurant Partners
Pros – They are flexiable with their scheduling.
Cons – Most of the management could not run a hot dog stand much less a restaurant. Advancement based on your friendship with management. They are extremely uncoordinated and have no common ground with employees. They continually over look employees for customers and see most employees as expendable. They view most servers as numbers rather then people.
Advice to Senior Management – Try serving tables for a day and see what its really like.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
