Pros
I have the freedom to work from home, leave early, etc. As long as I get my work done there are no questions.
Cons
For a lighting company, our office is dimly lit. It is also a little crammed.
Communication needs improvement as important info isn't always shared.
Advice to Senior Management
Have open communication. Give more details on what is going on and what is expected to happen in the furture.

should recruit managers with knowledge,tranparency and willing to work and excel not to save his own job and play dirty politics
Pros
- Good benefit with high profit sharing rate per quarter compare to other company.
- Job not so heavy.
Cons
- Need scan alot to in/out production floor. The system is to tracking employer working hour in productiontion flor & i see this is not so efective because event going out to toilet need to scan.
6-6-5 (night-morning-afternoon) shift pattern is so tired. we always have long wait to have holiday with family.
Cafeteria food is so bad- at Osram, Cooking oil is o cheap that their put alot on a food.
Im event no eating until finish job.
