    Cons

Administration not the best at communicating down the line, but i've seen worse.

    Pros

Good retirement, low patient to nurse ratio, decent pay, fairly nice people to work with on an case by case basis

    Cons

Terrible training, terrible parking-I mean you have to park a mile away or more. Just a joke in my opinion

    Advice to Management

Take the time to onboard new hires better. Listen to their concerns and don't act like they don't have anything to offer

Remember that support staff is just as needed to run a hospital as Dr's and nurses.
