    Pros

    I have been with OTG for 5 years and since my entry, this company has changed dramatically. With the recent hires of senior leaders in Operations, HR, and IT I believe that OTG will drive the future of the travel industry.

    Cons

    Keeping up with the pace can be challenging, but if you focus on the goal time usually flies by.

    Advice to Management

    Create communication and change management plans for new initiatives to keep everyone on the same page.

    Great working at the airport, you meet some really good people.

    managers change every week, favoritism, 4:30am shifts.

    Totally transforming the airport experience Company cares about its people Growing exponentially so career possibilities are endless Great food, beverage and products People are really nice and passionate about what they do

    Long hours favoritism lack of communication there is nothing good about working for this company

    4AM shifts always short staffed VP always bragged about how many people he's fired

    I worked at OTG Management (More than a year)

    Pros

    Management team was great, pay was okay, the job was easy.

    Cons

    Lack of communication from management, we would get new products all the time that we didn't even know we sold. Also, lack of set times for breaks, we had to wait for someone to be available to cover us even just to go to the restroom.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, take into consideration our comments and suggestions because they are there for a reason.

    Pros

    Crew members are like family; lose weight walking around; build your network for a better job opportunity outside the company.

    Cons

    A wonderful concept poorly managed by egotistical, selfish managers who do not know how to work as a team. Communication is their weakness and needs improvement. Send home cashiers and hostess when there are too many on the floor. Very inconsistent decision making and poor rapport with crew members. Overwork and underpaid and most importantly under appreciated. Focus too much on the negative rather than the positive. Need to hire people with at least a 2-year degree.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to work as a team; less "I" and more "we. Airport work environment is filled with many educated people. The company needs to hire crew members with at least a 2 year degree or work experience in a customer service related field. Managers do not follow company's culture values

    Pros

    Growing company, fast paced environment. Lots of room to do a lot and be a part of something big. Lots of smart and innovative people around all of the time.

    Cons

    Must understand that with fast growing companies, things get off the ground quickly, and you must be able and flexible with change.
