Good personable first level supervisors, amiable co workers, relaxed environment

HR treats all shop workers like dirt, sees them as second class. They are nice to professionals though. Impersonable upper management that would often ignore or look down on regular employees. The place is basically run like a sweatshop. The pay is poor and there is a lot of under handed practices as far as pay raises are concerned. No effort to train employees. To get fork lift training employees must go all the way to the second floor of the main offices and fill out some paper work. This should be much more convenient.

Advice to Senior Management

Value your frontline employees more, and at least acknowledge them when you see them face to face.
