Details
Pros
Software development is fun, great focus on quality and co-workers are skilled and very talented. It also provides good challenges on software engineering.
Cons
Not much opportunity for growth, you're pretty much locked in unless you want to change career direction.
Advice to Senior Management
Improve the way employees are asked to put in overtime when it's necessary (which, granted, is not often)
