I have been working at Oakley part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If I were asked how to describe Oakley, I would use words like; innovative, bold and energetic. I love that this company is never standing still, always trying to improve and explore new ways of doing things from top to bottom. Every day can be a new adventure, there is never dull moment.

    Cons

With innovation and change, comes a lot of bumps in the road. A young company in the retail game, Oakley is always adapting and changing, and that can bring a lot of ups and downs in the workplace. Not a great place with those fearing the unknown.

    Advice to Management

Empower your employees, even those at the bottom. Your company stimulates creative thinking, I think that you can find solutions to problems in the most overlooked places.
