    Consall negative things, environment too worst, management too old, not giving hike, no payroll for contact person ,no important for quality dept than housekeeping.

    ProsGreat informal atmosphere, dynamic people and interesting work.

    ConsBack office is run from paris and is super slow. HR is not on your side, nothing is urgent including payment of your incentive plans. Make sure you get everything you want in writing before joining.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay your people and pay your people in a timely manner. Give more regional autonomy, regions don't need to run to Paris for every decision.
