Pros
Global presence offers exciting opportunities for people who are so enclined. Good team culture and limited silos. Lots of autonomy.
Cons
Lack of carreer development opportunities. Compensations offered not always in par with the market and bonuses not consistently aligned with performance.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide more training opportunities. Develop carreer development path for each position. Listen to people's expectations. Make the most of global presence to offer more lateral moves or promotions.

Pros
There are a low level of aspiration so you can work without too much pressure. So if you are interested in a place to work where you can relax this is the place to go.
Cons
No top management attention. Very low level of delegation of responsibilities. Need to focus on people instead of processes and procedures.

Middle management should set goals that are achievable not the impossible

Oberthur is a good place to learn about smart card technologies and to have nice friends which built up good environment to work.

The management need to update the way they treat employees. For example, in the case of salary, new employee can have higher salary than the experienced one. Lack of gathering and promotions.

Management need to update policies which are not pro to employees: coming late deducted leaves, salary growth, lack of team building sessions, etc

The people who you have to work with day by day, customer service especially. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons
Upper managment can do a better job in motivating their team. Expectations of the employees from upper management can be at times unrealistic

Employees of the company are very important, start treating them better.

Good team work and ability to pull together and come through when times are tough. Strong commitment and dedication from the employees. Attaching personalities.

Share the wealth. The upper levels of management make a significant amount and those hourly employees make peanuts.
