    I have been introduced to the technical know-how of the trade. Along with a good performance in the project work done at Oberther, was able to lead the team and coordinate the works on schedule as a machine operator

    Great opportunities to prove yourself, very challenging and interesting, management has great leadership. A very promising company on a great market. Great atmosphere among employees.

    "There is a good team work, we have company outing which is important also for motivating employees." Personal growth is good, you are encourage to take vendor trainings.

    Pros

    I've worked a very long time for Oberthur and I have made very good friends. The working environment is OK and the offices are not bad and in a very central location

    Cons

    Salaries are kept secret so I don't know how good they are in general, but mine has not increased very much over the years. Management is very adamant and does not allow employees to participate in the decision making process. You do as you are told and that is the end of it.

    Average compensation but above average benefits which include medical, dental and optical reimbursements, more than enough vacation and sick leave credits, at least 2 dependents for medical insurance, group life insurance, paid maternity leave
