thinking about the world of copy services is evolving, focus on digital, focus on fresh talent and creating career growh

Good performance is recognized. Decent pay. Good work life balance, Corp office is conveniently located

Long and slow sales cycle, lacks infrastructure and resources. Commodity low margin business trying to transform itself.

Get new sales leadership. Focus more on sales and less on cost cutting.

It was a good organisation with good people. I was given the opportunity to grow quite quickly within the organisation and they gave me a lot of autonomy to just get on with my job. I really liked the people that I worked with and I really have great memories of working there. It was an interesting role and I would have liked to have stayed working there but unfortunately my circumstances changed and I had to move on.

Sometimes there were a lot of internal politics between the business units but what company doesn't

To try and force direct sales and solutions to work closer together but maybe that is happening by now

Only one I can think of, you get out at 5pm.
Cons
Benefits are not good at all. Only one health insurance company, employee contribution is extremely expensive. Not many PTO (Paid Time Off) days.
The cubicles, two people shared on small cube.
Location - office located all the way on 10th Avenue.
HR is not concenred with employee issues. There is no one with whom employees can go to to discuss workplace issues.
Jobs are being shipped overseas, employees feel disenfranchised.
There is no diveristy on the managment team.
Advice to Senior Management
Value your employees. Communicate with employees. Restructure the HR department.
