Advice to Senior Management
Work closely with your employees and help them learn how to work with customers from day 1. Most sales people need some initial support to learn the industry.

Cons
Not many chances to learn new skills
Advice to Senior Management
Give your employees new tasks and allow them to grown and learn
Pros
challenging customers, training, friendly management, work under pressure.
Cons
no promotions, no growth, no salary increase, grievances are handled poorly,no rotation.
Advice to Senior Management
be fair, and available, and encouraging.
Pros
Decent health insurance, affordable PPO options for both individuals and family plans. Pay is decent.
Cons
You are grossly disrespected in this organization. Your opinion about the work or how to add value to improve an existing process does not matter. Oce is now owned by Canon, Inc. The company constantly lays-off and you never know when you will be let go. No job security and management is very abusive and oppressive toward its employees. Work-life balance here does not exist. They want you to practically live at the company and be grateful to have a job.
Advice to Senior Management
Fire all of the current middle-managers and top managers and hire all new management.
Pros
Great family oriented environment, fantastic product line, excellent support culture, very open door policy with senior management
Cons
VERY POLITICAL, No salary raises in 4 years, minimal advancement opportunity
Advice to Senior Management
Consider growth opportunities for the future with your customers, not just the sale for today.
Pros
Great for experience in Account Management tools as a whole that are necessary for all business sales, management and growth.
Cons
Limitations and low ability to move/advance to other segments of the company, i.e. one division to another if interested.

They need to get more involved in the daily aspects of the business and be aware of the work enviorment. Who is working and who isn't.

BAD Management, they would rather loose customer than fix issues why customer left.
