Pros
Very good company, good salary for an intership. Very good opportunities to learn and improve your resume.
Cons
Depending on the area, too much work or not. You have to live enclosed in the field, for 15 or 21 days.
Advice to Senior Management
They should use the people they have available, and give them more freedom to create new things.
