    Pros

    Steady work
    Work life balance is decent

    Cons

If you are not a friend to your supervisor or if you are not one to do what the cool kids are doing... you can expect to get shunned and eventually pushed out the door. Your experience is not a factor with this company. Butt kissing at its finest

    Pros

Decent benefits and salary, people are friendly, safety is critical, uniforms for hourly employees, safety shoes and glasses provided if needed to perform daily job.

    Cons

No work life balance, core values are a joke, upper management is out of touch with the workforce, and a college degree replaces real world experience according to Oceaneering!

    Advice to Management

STOP worrying about profits and hire enough people for the work load. Remember that all employees deserve a day or two or rest.

    Pros

Work hardly gets boring as changes occur all the time. The very dynamic environment creates opportunities for employees all the time. Profitable company, has lots of opportunities for news business and should stay on a growing mode for several years.

    Cons

There is clear disconnection between groups. Business leaders don't communicate with each other what may result in internal competition poor utilization of the company assets (infrastructure and people).

    Advice to Management

Communication and collaboration between business leaders has to improve to maximize company performance.
You can be more aggressive on the opportunities, compute the risk into the cost and get them.

Very safety oriented and committed to quality. Great benefit package and decent salaries. As it pertains to salaries, may not be consistent across all branches of organization. Great opportunity for those starting there carriers, and those on the professional side of the business.

    Cons

Morale in some sectors can be on the low side. Employees wear many hats, and some may be come over whelmed with work outside of their scope.

    Advice to Management

Work on moral issues. Work on consistency for entry level employees.

    Pros

    - There is lots of work
    - There is room for growth depending on who you know.

    Cons

    - Management has no direction on tasks. Most tasks are given vague statements and lot's of interpretation to what is expected.
    - Raises don't exist
    - Everything is due a month before you get to see what needs to be done.

    Advice to Management

    - Step up on definitions of tasks and allow more people to engage on tasks instead of nit picking hours on each task!
