No Micro-Managment.... It was your responsibility
Cons
No leadership... At least from the top down.
Poor Decision Making.... On behalf of many.
Questionable Ethics... Stemming from the Management
Unstable Growth Plan...
Advice to Senior Management
Simply put.. The model was a beautiful thing, but there was a failure to execute on key healthy decisions. The platforms and personnel were capable and performing, but the core values didn't exist.
