ProsGreat people to work with.

ConsNo need to work with Litton any more. The company has been sold, and there is no Litton Loan Servicing any more.

ProsThe Incentive Plan, the amount of marketability for future employers. After you leave there and did well you'll never go without a job. That's about it. I hated it, I truly did, I used to go into work on Monday thinking about Friday. I hated the supervisors, hr and other departments. But money talks. I wouldn't go back, but I'm making money ever since I left because I did well.

ConsThe Amount of calls based on ability; They based calls of all calls received, Testing and also wrap time/also responses. Also Bi-lingual you'll make money. So Months, I would be non-stop, while other people sat around. No opportunity to get into other positions. I would just copy what the supervisors said and I began to get more calls. @ times management didn't know the questions that were brought up by customers. I would say stupid sayings like its a process, or the situation is unfortunate it truly is or Rather than focus on what has happened lets focus on the solution.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone. They know what they are doing. I hated it, because I never felt comfortable there, people would get laid off all the time.

ProsSupportive management who provided strong leadership
A lot of work streamlining and documenting processes
Great systems and the analytics group really used data

ConsThe industry became very difficult with Obama's mortgage programs
Too much time spent on audits and process reviews, but management still expected the normal work to be done too

Advice to Senior ManagementNeeded to hire more staff to handle the workload and audits
Should have kept the old processes instead of the government ones - not sure this was possible?

ProsGreat place to get much experience from mortgage business to IT experience. Great entry level opportunity and ability to learn.

ConsEven though there is area to learn personal growth company wide is very minimum. Very clique based management. Some managment can be very mircomanaging and defensive working with other managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementLimit micromanaging and give more power to employees. Work with management and reduce defensive positions in regards to working with other management teams.
