Company unaware of professional salary standards but good for freshers.

Software Engineer (Current Employee) Bangalore (India)

Pros1. Good for freshers, but not more that 2 years to continue if you are career oriented.
    2. Same works repeats and repeats, through out the work cycle.
    3. Seniors/Managers don't need professionals with innovative ideas.
    4. No way for go extra mile.

Cons1. Freshers will get a good kick off.
    2. Hard workers survives rather than smart workers.

Advice to Senior Management1. Give more freedom for freshers and trainees, instead of restricting them not to do that not to do this.
    2. Understand the standard salary package for each level of experience, not only for the ones who complete years in Odessa itself.
    3. If company is growing the base part of the company also should grow not only the manager/senior level salaries

ProsGood at entry level . Nothing exciting after a year

Create some more opportunities for your employees, groom them well. Its no longer a start up. Its 16 years old now..

    Typical Indian IT Organization

Business Analyst (Former Employee) Bangalore (India)

ProsGood Pay, working environment, access to the leadership team, flexi timings, office location. Exposure to the unknowns of IT development and leasing domain is endless. you end up loving your job too much. but there is a down side of it. please read below.

ConsNo career growth what so ever - for what you get hired, you will end up doing the same for years and years.
The managers inside are typical extractors. They are good, but end up leaving you wondering what mistake did i make in the meeting. You don't enjoy working with any of them.
There are full chances of MD calling you in and saying 'we cant continue with you anymore' - reason will be, as stupid as 'you manager does not like you. and i can't leave the manager suffer coz he is the one who gets the work done for me.'
