Pros
- Good pay
- Great people
- Good Location
- Nice and collegial environment
- Picnic every year
- Internationa company
Cons
Cant think of any major cons. I really enjoy working there and think that Odyssey is a solid company and reputable company.
Advice to Senior Management
Management has done a great job so far and is very accessibile to lower level employees. Great investment performance, home it continues.
