Office Depot Reviews
-
Pros
With a rebnewed focus on serving the small business customer, Office Depot is getting back on track and heading in the right direction.
Cons
The decision not to advertise on television for the past few years has hurt the brand. You need to remind customers of the products and services you have and reinforce to them why they should shop you over the competitor.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more aggressive.
