    Pros

Lots of great people. Latest available shift is 9:30 to 5:30, They don't ask you to work evenings and weekends and no working holidays.

    Cons

repetitive, Many phone calls, strict "customer Is always right" kind of feel, Not much movement. not much chance to get over time. Strict employee rating system.

    Advice to Management

At this time there really isn't a whole lot of advice that I would be able to give for the management, at which would make much of a difference.

    Pros

The software that we used was complicated. Sometimes customers complained about the duration of sales and refund.

    Cons

High quality and good customer service. This is what I saw when I was working there. It was the only retailer that provided services for customer in downtown.

    Pros

Great people to work with, good benefits and reasonable comp plan.

    Cons

Extremely poor, almost incompetent, senior management with absolutely no long term vision. Every decision is made based on increasing the bottom line in the next 30-90 days. No raises for years and years. Support has been completely removed with quality people laid off to be replaced by lower salary people. Few to no advancement opportunities. Do not listen to their employees or their customers.

    Advice to Management

Develop a long term plan and stick with it. Have a vision that extends past the next 3 months.

    Pros

People are very friendly; it feels like a family

    Cons

Low pay, with poor incentives to gain "leads" no benefits to the majority of the front line and those with benefits must pay out of pocket for said benefits... Oh and I forgot to mention the massive lay-offs with little notice and small packages for some and none for others. Under-trained but talented staff.

    Advice to Management

Consider communicating across the board between different sectors. List en to the store associates. Focus, don't change your direction every few months. Don't close all your stores in one go! That is massive job loss and massive money bleeding out of the company to afford the contract terminations. Plus many do believe that the company has sunk. That is not true... right?

    Pros

Co-workers. That was the only pro of working for the company, the people I met.

    Cons

Leadership (or rather lack thereof), no room for growth, anyone under management treated like subhumans, directions given out with little to no explanation of how to execute. I could go on and on, but basically the whole company is a cesspool now.

    Advice to Management

Don't lie to the public, treat your employees equally, pay them a decent wage and for god's sake LISTEN to your employees.
