    Pros

Great place to start your career, especially if you are in account management. There is a strong community in the agency and helps a person grow. Plus since it's a big place you have access to just about any other type of brand and team.

    Cons

In the entry level stage the hours can be long and annoying. There are many levels on most teams, so it can be hard to see an opportunity to grow and advance. Plus at times getting thing approved or out the door take a while due to the levels. Also does not pay well until you are at a senior level.

    Advice to Management

For entry level employees they should either provide clearer career paths for growth and promotions, or at minimum pay them better.

    Pros

Very rigorous strategy practice; supportive management and fair treatment; smart and friendly coworkers that help to push your work and career forward; endless resources as a major agency with key clients

    Cons

Hectic and disorganized client management; some minor organization issues keeping track of all the company's employees; heavy red tape from within and holding company

    Advice to Management

Continue to help grow new talent

    Pros

Fast paced, extremely talented people mixed with people willing and able to learn.

    Cons

Long hours, never really know sometimes what client working for when you walk in the door some days

    Advice to Management

Need to take your senior talents opinions more seriously when it comes to there areas. Several times was told to do something their way and ended up doing it my way.

    Pros

I can recall very few pros to my experience. I would say if you can find a person willing to mentor or advocate for you there it could be an amazing place of growth. In my experience, very few people take the time to even train you to do the bare minimum your job requires. It's very devil wears prada culture wise. But it is a great place to learn the advertising industry

    Cons

Lack of culture - it felt more corporate than ad agency. definitely a competitive vibe among peers. Work life balance is non existent if you are a junior level employee.

    Pros

Collaborative atmosphere Good top management- super supportive Big brands to work on, experiment and put on your resume!

    Cons

A little crazy in their definition of planning vs. client servicing--- planning seriously under-staffed vs. servicing department

    Pros

Ogilvy & Mather is a fun office in which to work, and there is a lot of creativity in the company.

    Cons

The company was struggling economically and laid off creatives in disproportionate numbers. This affected morale in the office considerably.

    Advice to Management

Communicate to all levels of employees why you are making cutbacks in order to gain buy-in and acceptance of these actions in tough financial times.
