Details
Pros
High pay for those who work fast. Good Benefits. Union shop with profit sharing.
Cons
The work is physically demanding and the plant is very hot in the summer. You must be in good shape to work here.
Advice to Senior Management
Make more money so we will make more money via profit sharing.
