Pros
Co-workers were a generally good group of people, management at the local level was good
Cons
Bad pay, to many different people think they were in charge, workload would pile-up while you were out (no back-ups)
Advice to Senior Management
N/A Company sold to Liberty Mutual (office in Raleigh is closed)

Pros
Coworkers are nice and helpful, excellent training program, reasonable pay and benefits coming out of college, overall nice place to be
Cons
Old school workflow mentality, too many random meetings at times, nothing really too bad it's just like any other office
Advice to Senior Management
I don't have much advice because I don't work closely with senior management that often on a daily basis .
