Good place to work for students

    Help Desk Operator (Current Employee)
    Columbus, OH

Pros- Convenient if you go to school here
    - Flexible hours with class/exams taking priority
    - Good variety in types of jobs and workload.

Cons- Student jobs are close to minimum wage and the raises (if any) are small, regardless of amount of work done. Some jobs are much better than others in this respect, though.
    - Ideas for positive changes are rarely, if ever, considered.
    - Avoid working for dining services.

Advice to Senior Management- Increase compensation or add benefits when it is deserved.
    - Encourage managers to listen to student ideas for positive change.
