Pros – Extremely steady company; employee owned. Great Benefits. Company is basically debt free and rock solid.
Cons – Will not promote or hire women into Outside Sales positions (has one token female Outside Sales Rep) company wide. Does not pay competitive salary for its industry.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote personnel based on merit and skill rather than length of employment with the Company. Demote those in authoritative positions who have proven not up to the task or realign their job responsibilities so that personnel under their supervision do not have to carry the burden of their superior's load as well as their own. Support and reward the efforts of the hard working, dedicated over achievers.

Pros – Very tight team. Everyone was very supportive of everyone else. Laid back environment
Cons – Very conservative. No risk taking. They only want to do what has worked. Extremely boring place if you're under 50 years old.
