    Pros

The customers were awesome. Veterans of the establishment. Employees pretty much handle all aspects of the restaurant.

    Cons

Management refused to work with employees. Many refused to do their job at all. Records altered to gain company bonuses. Management felt that because they were "Management" they were not supposed to work EVER. Managers would not replace bad food, they would only pretend to. No adherence to food handling procedures and food safety requirements. An employee will be expected to work 2-3 jobs for minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Corporate should send a new management team, before it's too late.

    Pros

    Great people there! Awesome environment.

    Cons

Short on staff and utensils were not properly washed and clean.

    Advice to Management

Should really allow people to get paid on break, most of the times its super busy and you'd do a lot of work.

  9. Business punishes their hardest workers, won't punish and routinely terminates new GMs after 3 months

    Pros

Benefits are ok but you'll never get to use your vacation time and they won't pay you for unused time either.

    Cons

General manager does not have the ability to hold assistant managers accountable but GM is still held responsible when the assistants won't do their job. GM has all the accountability and no authority to write up or terminate assistant managers. Upper Management promotes assistant managers and gives no training and no help to new GMs then terminates them after 3 months - they just set people up to fail, then fire them - it's just the way they run their businesses. Get a grip OCB - this is not the way to treat people!

    Advice to Management

When you promote someone to GM you need to properly train them to be a GM. 3 months is not long enough to turn around a failing store - stop using GMs as a scape goat for upper management to fire just to say they are doing something to improve a failing store. Upper management also needs to help new GMs by replacing bad assistant managers.

    Pros

temporary job, management was nice enough They were understanding about being a student and working with your schedule. Some co-workers were in the same boat as me and worked well together.

    Cons

Most of the staff were dead beats, the harassment and crude behavior was disgusting. As a young girl I wouldn't have recommended working there. Staff were also quite rude and customers were ungrateful.

    Advice to Management

crack down on employee harassment, especially the sexual comments
