I have been working at Old Dominion University

    Pros

You make many connections with different department. This is also a very prestigious title to hold at ODU. The paid is by stipend, so even if you don't put forth a lot of effort, you would still get the same salary. Housing is also reduced to 1K per semester.

    Cons

Some of the policy seems very riddiclous. It's actually a very easy job that doesn't push you to think intellectually and doesn't require many hours.
