    Pros

Support for adjunct faculty is in conversation, which is a positive however as of now there is little support to hire and bring on adjunct members. Support is available to continue training in new areas and there is a good sense of community among departments.

    Cons

Lots of unnecessary higher ed admin create unnecessary hoops that are more hurtful and detrimental to student learning.

    Pros

Real flexible and casual atmosphere working for Professors, they leave you alone as long as you get done what needs to be done.

    Cons

You can't get paid more than 20 hrs per week, even though you work more than that in a week. The payroll system limits the amount hours entered, trying to reduce students overworking and not focusing on school (good). Yet, they will only pay you for that amount so you have hours backing up and your paychecks are never that big (bad).

    Advice to Management

Pay people for the hours they work and have a more precise job description. Other than that no complaints.
