    Pros

Solid lower management. Company takes care of vehicle costs. Health benefits were pretty good, and for the most part your customers aren't too bad.

    Cons

Although commissions are uncapped there is limited earning potential. Upper management needs to be replaced. Poor accounts forced on you can hurt you from achieving bonus'. Work life balance is not respected. Very limited opportunities for growth in the company.

    Advice to Management

Put more value into your employees. High turnover rates lead to poor customer relationships. Upper management in certain areas definitely need to change, really quite surprising it hasn't as the company has some strong talent that could easily step in to replace.

    Pros

Reasonable compensation and benefits, good team atmosphere and support for team members.

    Cons

tough to compete with major competitor, and seeming lack of interest on the part of the company to invest in growth. Short term strategies and thinking by senior management - with most of the performance expectations downloaded onto employees.

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to be more involved in generating partnership relationships with key business/retail partners, less focused on day to day bean-counting.

    Pros

Old Dutch is a very fun and relaxed work environment. With lots of flexablitiy creating an environment where everybody is willing to help out each other.

    Cons

The communication is a little disorganized and sometimes you are not aware of what is going on in and around the company.

    Advice to Management

    nothing at this time
