Decent for a part time job.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Kearney, NE

ProsVery easy to work here and attend school, they are understanding about student schedules. It is easy to transfer to another store if you have to go home for the summer and want to continue working.

ConsLike all retail jobs, this gets very boring very quickly. It's doing the same tasks over and over, and having to deal with unpleasant customers regularly.

    Could have been better

    Sellebrity (Former Employee)
    Pittsburgh, PA

ProsCustomer Service was great! I enjoyed working with the customers and helping them find what they needed. As long as they left the store with a smile, I felt my job was complete for the day.

ConsThe management were staff was very judgmental and rude. You know they are ready to get rid of you when they start cutting your hours down. The management team was too gossipy and showed a lot of favoritism towards older staff when new employees came in. Honestly, my experience would have been so much better if I did not have terrible managers that only looked out for each other and got rid of people because they did not like them.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more professional and actually new employees learn more about selling the merchandise and working the floor properly. Do not get rid of people or phase them out by cutting down their hours and gossiping about them and each other behind their backs. it is very rude and inconsiderate.

Okay part-time job for high school students

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe discount was very helpful 20% and nice pick of clothes.

ConsNot enough training at cash wrap, sometimes managers would get angry if you asked them to show you how to do something. No hours after holiday time!

Advice to Senior ManagementGive more support to employees and more training.
