I have been working at Old Navy part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The Old Navy I work at has great managers who truly care about their employees and their customers. It's a good company to move up the ranks in. They're also extremely flexible when it comes to hours. The employee discount is AMAZING.

    Cons

The pay is not that good. If this was a full-time job for me, it would be unacceptable. Scheduling is the one thing I truly hate. You often don't have the next week's schedule (starting on Sunday) until Thursday, so it's hard to plan ahead.

I worked at Old Navy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you show your dedicated you can move on up in the company, I was promoted to signage team. Coworkers are really nice, management team puts together little games or friendly competitions to boost the stores sales. You receive discounts on clothing.

    Cons

When i was first hired i was only part time, & received only 2 days out of the week. I did get a raise after a year but it was only 50 cents. There is insurance through the company but it's pricey.

I was promoted to ops. manager. The store I'm at now is a disaster. Beware of inexperienced store managers.

I have been working at Old Navy part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Old Navy is very professional and everyone follows the rules. The employees are always excited and very fun to work with. And there's always motivation to work hard and give great customer service.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is the lack of hours, but it is the slow season and it is going to pick back up closer to summer in a month or so.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work! This company is great and a lot of fun! I actually WANT to come to work :)
