Pros
You get a 30% discount, and 10% discount on stuff from Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Gap. The managers are pretty nice.
Cons
Way too messy of a place to work. Sometimes we had to stay until after midnight cleaning up the place. Pays too little.
Advice to Senior Management
The managers were nice, but once things get messy in the store, it's hard to ever get back into shape because no one wants to deal with it.
