    Pros

They pride them selves on being a very open company and non discriminate against age, race or sexual orientation.

    Great discounts
Very fashion forward at great prices

    Cons

The hours you get to work are very up and down. One week maybe 30 next week maybe 12. No one really seemed to care and I never was able to get a definitive answer on that.

ONC old navy credit card. This was the root of all evil at my store. No one in magangement cared about you if you weren't getting People to apply for the CC. But soon as you did, mangers bacame you best friend.

Magangement will not let you just do your job, I know what I am doing and how to do it. When in doubt I would ask for assonance. I didn't need it shoved down my throat.

    Advice to Management

Back off. Let your associates and specialists do there job.

    Pros

The only real positive to this job was that they were very flexible about giving time off.

    Cons

THe atmosphere was cliquey and high schoolesque, including management. There were clear displays of favoritism and gossip going around that just made the place terrible to work at. Everyone was lazy and managers would give out tasks they didn't feel like doing to employees that they didn't care far.

    Advice to Management

Look into better management and employees.

    Pros

Good salary, good discount, great people.

    Cons

Holiday extended hours, no room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Must be good at dealing with ambiguity because upper management changes things daily. Great salary, but you work hard for it.

    Pros

Good first job for those who are wanting to get retail and customer service experience. You get to learn how to deal with a variety of different personalities.

    Cons

You may not get many hours if the store is not making sales. Also, shifts tend to be limited to four or five hours.

    Advice to Management

I think management does a great job at picking motivated individuals to represent the company. I would recommend that they keep this up and to continue to hire a variety of people from different backgrounds.

    Pros

Great atmosphere, great management, great people to work with, good pay for first job, great discount you can use at other stores also. They also were very flexible about scheduling.

    Cons

Customers can be difficult (flip flops to the face!), overtime meant a write up, pay raise was horrible. Slow seasons meant almost no hours (unless you are good at selling credit cards).

  11. It's fun sometimes, talking to people and doing register but doing fitting room and working on "GoBacks" sucks.

    Pros

Starbucks gift card for signing an old navy card. 25% discount . Being on register is helps the day go by faster.

    Cons

Too much folding, fitting room clothing to put back gets pulled up really fast and you can't leave night shift til it's done.
